Residents place increasingly high demands on the health of their homes and governments’ requirements concerning climate and CO2 emissions are ever more stringent.

Fresh-r provides a solution for these demands with the ventilation system made specifically for apartments and small residences.

A Fresh-r ventilates between 20 and 120 m³ per hour. That is why it is so suitable for apartments. Because of the powerful copper heat exchanger, the Fresh-r is so compact that the device fits into the outer wall and pipes are not needed. And it’s not just space that Fresh-r saves.

A Fresh-r ventilates as demand-driven, where and when it is required. The function of the residential zone determines which ventilation is most suitable. Considerable money is saved with simple adaptations. Furthermore, it’s also a no-regret measure, since the de-central ventilator with heat exchange also continues to work under more stringent climate demands.

The limited maintenance is also quite easy and can be done by the residents themselves. So Fresh-r is the most cost-efficient solution for apartments – both the purchase and the maintenance.

Fresh-r is like a breathing window. It ventilates stale air out and fresh air in, while keeping the warmth inside.

You don’t need to generate energy that you save

Fresh-r’s de-central ventilation uses the heat from outgoing air to warm up the fresh air coming in. This saves between 80-90% of heating costs. The device keeps on working in freezing temperatures, making the demand for heat much lower.

This way, a smaller heat pump can be used, or less infrared heating. So the initial investment in heating capacity and monthly fuel consumption costs are much lower.

Remote monitoring

Fresh-r measures the levels of oxygen, humidity and (optionally) particulates in the interior air so that it know when and where to ventilate. This data is viewable in the web app. So residents and managers can always see the condition of an apartment’s interior climate and the operation of the ventilation. Also remotely.
