Mitros, the largest social housing association in Utrecht and Nieuwegein was looking for a solution that could guarantee that tenants would get healthy and comfortable indoor climate. A house with healthy indoor air without a draft, without mould and without to much draft. In a nutshell; 100% healthy living. Mitros was looking for a solution for:

• Tenants experienced cold drafts
• Humidity problems like mould
• Noise nuisance by ventilation systems
• User unfriendly operations of ventilation systems.

The solution had to be easy to install with minimum impact for the tenants, fulfil local regulations and be cost competitive with existing solutions.
