A 1930 school building was transformed into 21 high quality apartments. With limited space for ventilation systems and maximum comfort requirements Fresh-r was chosen as the most suitable ventilation solution. Each apartment has it’s own ventilation system with heat recovery. The high insulation values and good airtightness combined with the fresh-r ventilation system reduces energy demand to very low levels.
