The first retrofit nZEB house in Brabant (NL) is situated in Breda. The house was isolated and made airtight from the inside by Koenders Totaalbouw within 10 day, which was convenient for the tenants, returning in a new looking building felt great, specially since the building was upgraded to a nicer looking, healthy and comfortable place, explains the tenant Ruth Monteban.
